Professional Weblog
I decided to test out free blog software to have an easy-to-use spot for publishing notes on my daily professional activities. This will be the space for really anything of my thoughts and observances I want to keep better track of. I also signed up at
blogger.com and I am not sure yet which I will continue to use.
Today I also signed up for a few free email alert services, including LLRX.com
I need to update my resources on copyright, intellectual property, and distance education on my own website.
I noticed in today's Friday Bulletin (AKLA) a mention of Virtual Library and Digital Archives on agenda for State Library Agencies in DC. Need to keep up on what happens with this.
I need to check and see if there are any implications for my job in keeping a web-published record of my activities.
